VHF drivers for Electro-Optic Modulator These amplifiers have been designed and built to be used as Electro-Optic Modulator (EOM) drivers for the Small Aperture Multiband Microwave Antenna Array Receiver (SAMMAAR) Program, a NASA-funded team effort headed by Prof. Dana Anderson at the University of Colorado at Boulder, CO. There are two amplifiers (DR1 and DR3) operating around the same 200 MHz frequency, but with different output power and gain specifications. They all have 15 dB of gain control. The package is the same for both DR1 and DR3. |
